Comprehensive staging consultations - starting at $195 for up to 2 hours of staging time.  We will spend up to two  hours walking through each area of your home with you.   We will tell you exactly what we recommend you do to stage each room for maximum effect.   This is a great option for homeowners who want to do it themselves but need some guidance to achieve a look that sells itself.   This service is especially good if you have several weeks before you need to put your house on the market.  (Special pricing is available for Realtor Partners and their clients; call for details)

Quick Consultation and Proposal – $75 for a one hour ”jump start” to staging.  During this consultation we will explore your competition,  complete a walk through of the property where you will begin to see things through the eyes of a buyer and finally we will do a staging demonstration as time allows.  A portion of this fee will be credited toward  future staging time, if needed.  This service is ideal if you want to understand how staging impacts your homes price and time on market or if you just want to experience staging a room of your home before you decide if you will want more help.

Vacant Home Staging – Staging vacant properties is one of our specialties.  We offer all levels and price points of vacant staging.  Vacant staging is not a one price or level of product fits all.  There are some properties that need full staging and other properties that it makes sense to simply create small pockets or scenes to draw on buyers emotions.  All of our vacant stagings will include some creative touches meant to get buyers to engage with the house.   Call for pricing.  We can do some basic quoting over the phone.

Color Consultations

Full or Half Day of Staging or Redesign – starting at $350.  This is our favorite because it is so effective.   We will come in, roll up our sleeves and start staging the main areas of the home with you.   This service is great if you are feeling rushed or stressed to get on the market.   Clients love what we accomplish in a day!

Open House Support

Photography Support – This is a service that Realtors and professional photographers really love.  When it is time to shoot the MLS photo’s, we will come in with some basic props and help “set the scene” before the pictures are taken.  MLS photo’s are critical in creating buyer traffic and we are experts at creating rooms that buyers want to see.  This is a good service to add if a house is in good shape but it just needs a professional touch to bring out some personality. 

Downsizing Consultations – Downsizing can be tricky and we are a great resource to helping you figure out what pieces you will want in your new environment. 

Move in Staging – Staging to Live! -  Let us help you with the “moving in” process.  We can meet you on moving day and help you decide where to put your things in your new home.  Imagine how great it would be to have a professional help you with furniture placement right from the beginning.  This service is offered at an hourly charge of $75/hour, with a 2 hour minimum.  Get it right while the movers are available to help with heavy lifting.  Moving day is stressful but having an extra set of hands and eyes can really make it run more smoothly!

Sourcing furniture, art and accessories as needed – Put our shopping skills to work for you.  We charge for our time, we don’t mark things up and we get great discounts at many of the stores we shop in.  Let us help you add some personality to your rooms.  The discounts we get can help offset our hourly rate.  $75/hour with a 2 hour minimum.

Redesign and decorating –

Let’s create a plan that works for your goals and your budget.  Almost every service begins with an Initial Consultation.  In this consultation we will define the goals, the scope of work, and create strategies that will move us toward our goals.   Some homeowners will want to do a lot of the work themselves and others will want or need more help.
